Hello guys, in today's tech tutorial I'll show you how to share a VPN connection from your phone to your PC using PdaNet Plus. Below, I have provided steps on how you can go through these procedures. I've also included a video if you prefer visual instructions.
Please note that you need to have the PDANet+ app installed on your Android phone and your PC as well. Click here to download PDANet+ to your Android. In addition to the PDANet+ app, you will need a USB cable and a WiFi card and drivers on your computer.
To ensure a smooth setup, make sure your PC has a Wi-Fi card installed and turned on. If your PC doesn’t have an internal Wi-Fi card, you will need an external Wi-Fi USB adapter. Plug the adapter into a USB port on your PC, and Windows will install the appropriate drivers. You may need to install them manually as per the device's documentation, and a restart may be necessary to complete the setup.
Once you have everything set up, PDANet+ allows you to share your phone’s VPN connection with your PC, providing a secure and stable internet connection. This method is particularly useful when you need a secure connection on your PC and do not have direct access to a Wi-Fi network.
Requirements
1. PDANet+ app installed on both your PC and Android phone.
2. WiFi card and drivers on your PC for WiFi direct connection.
3. USB cable for USB tethering.
4. An Android, IOS or a PC.
Procedure:
1. Go to the Google Playstore, download and install PDANet plus for PC and Android.

2. Launch the app on your phone and grant all the necessary permissions to the app.

3. You will see connection methods in the app. As shown in the screenshot above.
- USB tether
- WIFI direct hotspot

4. Choose your preferred method of connection if you prefer via USB. Make sure your Android phone is connected to your computer and then enable USB tether by ticking the check box✅️.
5. If you prefer WiFi direct hotspot. Turn on WiFi on your phone and then tick the check box ✅️.
6. Launch PDANet+ on your PC. On your bottom right corner, click ^ (show hidden icons), then click on PDANet+ icon.
7. Select the connection method that you choose on your phone.
8. You will see a notification showing that your computer is connected to the internet.
By following these steps, you will be able to share your VPN connection from your phone to your PC using PDANet+. This method is particularly useful when you need a secure connection on your PC and do not have direct access to a Wi-Fi network.
